ARTBN is pleased to announce the 9th project of THE ONE PIECE OF ART by HONG JANG OH, opening at the gallery on March 20, 2024. 

HONG develops new work, entitled <LUCY- MOSS ON ROCKS>, to incorporate installation, wall sculpture, and drawings into an interior intervention produced previously in projects. HONG JANG OH combines natural shapes, objects, and heterogeneous shapes rather than using physical properties and materials to express serious questions and reflection on art, infinite experimentation, and imagination in his works. 

HONG Graduated from Goldsmiths, UK, with a Master's degree in Fine Art and is currently living and working in Korea.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

<THE ONE PIECE OF ART> is the name of an art project planned by ARTBN. It will be held in the form of a solo exhibition of the ten selected artists, and each project will exhibit one of the artists' best works and a video that highlights their world of work or contains symbolic content related to the work. This exhibition-type art project sheds more in-depth light on the artist's world of work by focusing on one piece that includes the artist's work's most critical meaning and concept
